Post-Construction Cleaning Checklist

• Remove Large Debris: Clear leftover materials, wood, nails, and packaging.
• Initial Dusting: Wipe down high surfaces (ceilings, light fixtures, ceiling fans) to remove dust.
• Windows: Remove stickers, tape, and protective films from glass.
• Initial Floor Sweep: Sweep all floors to remove debris and drywall dust.

• Fixtures: Dust light fixtures, fan blades, outlets, and light switches.

• Deep Vacuum: Vacuum all floor types (carpets, hard floors) using a HEPA vacuum to catch fine dust.
• Mopping: Mop all hard floors (hardwood, tile, vinyl) with proper cleaners.
• Bathroom & Kitchen: Sanitize toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers. Polish chrome fixtures, countertops, and backsplashes.
• Polishing: Polish woodwork, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets.
• Exterior: Clean entranceways, remove debris from landscaping, and sweep walkways.
